In Novermber, Georgia generated from tourism 17 mln USD of income, which is 24 mln USD more than in the same period last year. In total, incomes generated from tourism in the period of 11 month of this year, made 2,56 bln USD.
During the year, the highest income was gained in August, which amounted to 395 mln USD.
In November, compared to November 2016, number of tourists, coming to Georgia, increased by 22%. In November 2016, 165 012 tourists came to Georgia, while this number in November 2017 was 201 056.
Over the period of January-November, number of tourists amounted to 3 243 963, which represents a 27,6% increase.
