BGEO planning to trade securities of independent companies on London Stock Exchange

Completion of BGEO demerger process is planned for 29th of May. According to the Group, it is expected that the stock of Georgia Capital and the Bank of Georgia will be placed in the premium segment of London Stock Exchange. The Bank of Georgia shall be admitted to the Stock Exchange on 21st of May and Georgia Capital – on 29th of May.

Georgia Capital is the investment business holding company of BGEO Group. As from this year, the investment group BGEO Group PLC will continue functioning as two independent companies, one of which will operate in banking sector (Bank of Georgia Group) and the other – in investment sector (Georgia Capital).

Georgia Capital includes: 57% shares in Georgia Health group (GHG), 100% in Georgia Global Utilities (GGU), 100% in m2 Real Estate, 76% in Teliani Veli, 100% in Aldagi Insurance and 19.9% in the Bank of Georgia Group (the share in the Bank of Georgia will be available after demerger of banking and investment businesses).
