Vladyslav Radysh, director of government relations for the Bitfury Group, told EuroDig 2018 guests today that blockchain technology “is opening new doors for global economic opportunity and prosperity” for people around the world.
In the annual global conference’s first-ever keynote focused on blockchain technology, Radysh said Bitfury’s central mission is to promote innovation in every sector by building secure and scalable blockchain services and products.
“The internet connected our world, and blockchain will be the part of the Internet that secures the world. The future of the technology depends on you, as representatives of the younger generation,” Radysh said. “Blockchain will transform ethics and create trusted relationships based on its robust and reliable digital technology.”
Sandra Hoferichter, secretary general of EuroDIG, said Radysh’s speech reflects her group’s growing interest in blockchain technology.
“We are honored that Vlad can be here today to deliver EuroDIG’s first-ever keynote address on blockchain,” said Hoferichter. “We selected Bitfury to give this important speech because they are leading the way, here in Georgia and around the world, in developing innovative blockchain-based solutions to systems and services that make life easier and better for all of us.”
Radysh has more than 25 years of experience working in the technology sector, including 17 years in IT management, consulting, sales and strategy development. He also has spent the past nine years in management and government affairs positions.
EuroDIG is being hosted this year by the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia. The two-day conference is taking place at the Rooms Hotel in the Vera neighborhood of Tbilisi.
