მნიშვნელოვანწილად ადამიანების სწორედ ასეთი რწმენა განაპირობებს იმას, რომ საქართველოში (და არა მხოლოდ) სახელმწიფო ბიუროკრატია წარმოუდგენლად გაბერილია, ჭამს ისედაც პატარა ეკონომიკაში შექმნილ მწირ რესურსს და არ აძლევს საშუალებას იმავე ეკონომიკას, სწრაფად გაიზარდოს. დიდი ბიუროკრატია, რომელიც ფინანსდება ჩვენი გადასახადებით, ნიშნავს, რომ ცალკე აღებული ადამიანების ინდივიდუალური გადაწყვეტილებები, ინდივიდუალური პრეფერენციები, ჩანაცვლებულია უნიფიცირებული, ცენტრალიზებული სამთავრობო გადაწყვეტილებებით, რაც ეკონომიკურ თავისუფლებას ამცირებს.
