The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development allocates 15 million euros in the framework of “Green City Action Plan” for the purpose of managing solid waste management in Tbilisi.
Namely, the mentioned amount will be spent on the purchase of appropriate equipment and improvement of infrastructure of TBILSERVICE Group.
The EBRD notes that the project will have a significant environmental impact and will serve to improve the ecological and social environment in Tbilisi.
Georgia capital becomes the second city to benefit under EBRD program “Green City Action Plan” in 2017.
