“If you don’t do it the best, it’s better not to do it at all” – this is the policy of Amelie, a company that has been on the market since 2015, although we have only recently heard their name in the direction of large-scale events.

“During 8 years, it can be said that we were just learning how to plan and organize events. Amelie’s decor and design were presented at many parties known to you, but we did not talk about it on social networks,” says Nuka Barbara Chokheli.

“Our business development strategy aimed to strengthen the main line, the flower shop, first. We didn’t want any other sub-brand of Amelie, even if it was more interesting to us from the commercial point of view, to take away our attention and that of the operations team. And now the team has grown to such an extent that we can offer the management and planning of events as a separate service with full responsibility – Amelie events not only in the Georgian market, but also in the international market. The implemented projects and portfolio gave us the opportunity to create the distinctiveness and quality characteristic of Amelie in the management of events and to sign such agreements that oblige us to create new and innovative ones and push us to further development,” – Sally Tsilosani.

Just such a customer was Rolls Royce cars Baku, which entrusted Amelie event with the Tbilisi debut of Rolls Royce phantom Series II. Amelie planned a two-day closed event for influential media figures and potential business clients at the Republic Event Hall.  The Silk hospitality team offered the event company and the client the highest quality service. Especially for the event, the door of the building was dismantled several times, in order to enter the large-sized Rolls Royce into the main indoor space.

Amelie events starts its work by preparing a brief questionnaire. It doesn’t matter if it’s a presentation, a summit, a birthday, a proposal ceremony or a wedding, in any case, the most important thing is to collect accurate information: what does the customer want – what does he imagine, what did he think about and what does he expect from Amelie? These are the questions to which we try to get a comprehensive answer first from a company or an individual. And then, when we choose the location, the place of the event, we prepare a rendering – so that we can visually see the event presented by us in advance” – Sally Tsilosani.

It doesn’t concern me – this term is never heard in Amelie. The team of designers, production, administration and service are focused on their issues, but until the end of the event, everyone has only one mission – to take care of the customer’s good mood. From the arrival of the first guest to the departure of the last, the entire team is responsible for managing the situation. We are constantly online and react to current processes in sync. Event planning is a dynamic process. Even if the situation goes according to the pre-agreed scenario, it requires the full involvement of the organizers until the final.

Amelie is directly associated with flowers for many and without a doubt, the exquisite flowers transported from Holland and the decorations of floristic complexity are the main features of our events, because we have Georgia’s leading florists employed full-time in our base and shop. The shop is also filled with new flowers every day. However, after participating in the Doha Event Design Exhibition, Amelie’s events became more technological. More emphasis is placed on light, shadow and virtual visualization.

We strive to create not only floristic works and centers for events, but a completely floristic environment. We are trying to achieve this with integrated 3D images and lights in living flowers. This light can be natural, because we love candles, with their aroma and burning process, they make the decoration even more alive, but with artificial light, magic can be done. A guest’s first step into the party, changing the lights, turning on the music – if everything happens synchronously, it will lead to the guest’s full involvement in the event from the very first moment, and he will not be able to leave unsatisfied, as he will have already created his personal history, personal experience.
