From Code to Cloud<\/b><\/p>\n

Kilaru’s career reflects his perseverance and problem-solving skills. He began his professional journey in Hyderabad, India, as a software engineer, where he spent five years honing his technical abilities and building a strong foundation for his future endeavors.<\/span><\/p>\n

A major turning point for Kilaru came when he moved to the United States to pursue a master\u2019s degree in computer information systems and take advantage of the diverse learning opportunities. Later he joined American Express as a Salesforce release manager. Currently, Kilaru works at City National Bank where he oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of Salesforce releases, ensuring seamless integration of updates and new features. He also manages version control, maintains deployment schedules, and facilitates communication between development, operations, and business teams to ensure smooth rollout.<\/span><\/p>\n

The IT services market in the United States is expected to<\/span> grow from USD 461.03 billion in 2024 to USD 630.76 billion by 2029, at an annual rate of 6.47%<\/span><\/a>. This growth is driven by the rising demand for cloud services, digital transformation, and cybersecurity solutions\u200b.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kilaru’s work fits well with current trends. He focuses on automating software updates and improving system performance, aligning with the industry’s move towards greater efficiency and reliability.
