Jerry is a multi-talented businessman who has blended equal parts business acumen with a heavy portion of creativity, and garnished it with a dash of culinary artistry to cook up a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.<\/span><\/p>\n

Blossoming from very modest personal and challenging professional circumstances, Bobb found inspiration in a single, versatile vegetable. Birthed from this vision is the concept of Super Taters (& More), a <\/span>culinary phenomenon<\/span><\/a> that has captivated taste buds and imaginations alike.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since opening in 2014, Super Taters has grown beyond a local favorite into a model of consistency in the highly unpredictable restaurant business. The E\u2019touffee Tater pays homage to a delicious Louisiana staple featuring a buttery base of rich homemade “E\u2019touffee” with a choice of shrimp or crawfish (or both) crowned with crispy bacon bits and fresh chives.<\/span><\/p>\n

The menu’s creativity extends beyond potatoes, as exemplified by the \u201cClub San Jose\u201d Hot Sandwich, which Bobb describes as a melted sandwich featuring flavorful bursts of spice in every bite. When the 2020 pandemic threatened the restaurant industry, Super Taters not only survived but thrived, achieving a 15% growth during this challenging period. Jerry Bobb’s adaptable leadership style proved crucial during this time.<\/span><\/p>\n
