This reform addressed longstanding inequities in the legal system, earning her widespread recognition among her peers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe work we\u2019ve done to promote fair housing and improve access to justice is a testament to what\u2019s possible when advocacy and policy intersect,\u201d Ms. Reid explains. \u201cOur goal has always been to create systems that uplift and empower marginalized communities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ms. Reid\u2019s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in government and international politics and economics in 2006 and a Master of Public Administration in 2009 from George Mason University. She further honed her knowledge through executive education programs at the Yale School of Management and Virginia Commonwealth University\u2019s Minority Political Leadership Institute.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Advocacy Beyond the Workplace<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ms. Reid\u2019s dedication extends beyond her professional roles.
