I believe that there is a purpose behind this energy. It invites us to embark on a journey of self-awareness, discovery, and personal growth. This journey is a profound part of our existence.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dr. O\u2019Young serves as a professor and vice chair of education at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, as well as chief of outpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation services at Temple University Health System.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. O\u2019Young is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, as well as pain medicine, and is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New York. He is also a clinical professor at New York University Grossman School of Medicine, an adjunct clinical professor at Weill Cornell College of Medicine and the University of the Philippines-Manila, and a visiting professor at Peking University and Sun Yat-Sen University in China.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Assisting Patients Through Multidisciplinary Care<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dr. O\u2019Young\u2019s philosophy aligns with the World Health Organization\u2019s definition of health as \u201ca state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, not merely the absence of disease.\u201d He adds that true health encompasses the soul, vitality, and joy that come from living in alignment with one\u2019s values and passions.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. O\u2019Young is the chief editor of the internationally recognized guidebook Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Secrets, now in its fourth edition and published in five languages. As chair of the International Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ISPRM) UN Liaison Committee, Dr. O&#8217;Young directs global initiatives and participates in United Nations efforts to address global health and disability.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. O\u2019Young\u2019s personal motto is, \u201cLook for the light, then there shall be no darkness.\u201d He believes every individual possesses a distinct purpose. \u201cFind out what that is, live it to the best of your ability, and you will have no regrets,\u201d he advises.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Marquis Who\u2019s Who<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Since 1899, when A.
