Credo Bank is pleased to announce that its shareholder, Gojo & Company, Inc., a Japanese impact investor, has increased equity stake in the bank to 33.2%. This follows the acquisition of shares previously held by Triodos Microfinance Fund and Triodos Fair Share Fund, managed by Triodos Investment Management BV, which has exited after more than a decade of successful partnership.<\/p>\n

The transaction reflects Gojo & Company, Inc.\u2019s growing confidence in Credo Bank<\/a> as well as its strong belief in the resilience, stability and potential of Georgia\u2019s financial sector. \u00a0As one of the bank\u2019s key institutional investors, Gojo & Company, Inc. further reinforces the bank\u2019s strategic focus on delivering affordable, innovative, and inclusive financial services to micro, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs across the country.<\/p>\n
