IDS Borjomi Georgia<\/a>,<\/span>\u00a0the country\u2019s leading mineral water producer, has officially opened a cutting-edge bottling plant representing the largest investment in Georgia\u2019s beverage sector since independence.<\/span><\/p>\n

The $120 million facility marks a milestone in the 135-year history of Borjomi, Georgia\u2019s flagship mineral water brand. The opening ceremony was attended by members of Georgia\u2019s executive, legislative, local governments, diplomats, as well as representatives of the business community.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Located in Kvibisi on the site of the former No. 2 bottling plant, the new 48,000-square-meter facility is the largest bottling operation in Georgia in terms of scale and production capacity. The plant will initially produce 750 million bottles annually, with capacity expanding to 1 billion bottles by 2030.<\/span><\/p>\n

The state-of-the-art facility features four ultra-modern, high-tech production lines and advanced water bottling infrastructure. Alongside traditional Borjomi mineral water, the expanded facility will produce the company\u2019s new product portfolio, including Limonati by Borjomi, Bakuriani \u2013 water with taste, and Likani Flavored.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
