The International Accounting Awards (IAA) celebrate the best and most innovative audit and accounting networks worldwide. Winners are selected annually by an independent jury based on a detailed evaluation of the previous year\u2019s performance.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2024, Moore Global achieved <\/span>13% growth<\/b>, marking the <\/span>fourth consecutive year of double-digit expansion<\/b>. Notably, 83% of member firms reported growth, and 44% achieved growth exceeding 10%.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sopho:<\/b> For us, the recognition carries dual significance. On the one hand, it validates our credibility globally. Misha:<\/b> With that growth, Moore now ranks <\/span>8<\/b>th<\/b> among Georgian audit firms<\/b> and <\/span>2<\/b>nd<\/b> in terms of annual revenue growth<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our primary driver has been a quality-first approach, supported by a long-term,<\/span> sustainable strategy<\/b>. Growth for the sake of size was never our goal \u2014 each client and project is carefully chosen to maintain the highest standards.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our strategy remains unchanged: quality first, client-focused solutions, and responsible development. This gives us confidence that our growth will not only continue but may also accelerate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Its mission is to make a positive impact on society and those in need. Through the efforts of our team, we implement numerous social projects, all of which are framed around the UN Sustainable Development Goals.<\/span><\/p>\n

As part of the Moore Global Network, our mission is to help people grow \u2014 meaning our clients, our employees, and the communities in which we live and work.<\/span><\/p>\n

The project\u2019s slogan is: \u201cWe will always be a driving force for positive social change.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Within the framework of Moore Social Ambition, we carry out a wide range of initiatives, including environmental and social projects, support for education, and the promotion of equality principles. Moore Georgia is actively developing new services \u2014 including CFO outsourcing, transfer pricing, ESG (environmental, social, and governance standards), and internal audit. Over the past decade, Moore\u2019s growth in Georgia has clearly demonstrated that active partner involvement in strategic planning, the development of new services, and responding to market demands yields significant results.<\/span><\/p>\n

Today, Sopho and I continue to lead development with a strong focus on service quality. Mamuka Danelia heads our valuation practice, bringing years of expertise in asset and business valuation. Teona Abdushelishvili, who joined in 2019, leads outsourcing, covering accounting and reporting. And in 2023, Paata Chubinidze became an audit partner, bringing over 15 years of international experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

This collective strength enables us to remain innovative, resilient, and market-driven.<\/span><\/p>\n

Looking ahead three to five years, what is Moore\u2019s vision in Georgia and globally?<\/b><\/p>\n

Misha:<\/b> Our ambition is to establish Moore Georgia as one of the country\u2019s top ten firms, while representing the global network with distinction. Over the next few years, we will focus on three strategic priorities: <\/span>technology, service diversification, and regional expansion.<\/b><\/p>\n

We already serve over <\/span>500 companies across various industries, providing a comprehensive range of services <\/b>\u2014 including<\/span> audit, valuation, accounting, tax, and advisory. Looking forward, we will accelerate automation in audit and reporting, integrate data analytics, and adopt AI-based tools for deeper insights and higher efficiency.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, we are actively working on expanding and improving our services \u2014 particularly in emerging areas such as ESG-related consulting, CFO outsourcing, internal audit, and transfer pricing. We believe that demand for these services in Georgia is growing, and our goal is to be a top choice for companies focused on responsible growth.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are confident that Moore\u2019s presence in the global network, combined with our accumulated experience in Georgia, will allow us to strengthen our presence on a regional scale. The coming years for Moore will be a period of progress and innovation, deepening international collaboration, and raising standards within Georgia\u2019s business landscape.
