The transaction is in line with Credo Bank\u2019s mission to provide sustainable financial services for micro, small and medium entrepreneurs and creates a great opportunity for achieving synergy effect. As a result of acquisition Credo Bank becomes No. 6<sup>th<\/sup> bank in Georgia by total assets and gross loan portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eIt is with great pleasure, that I confirm successful finalization of the transaction and look forward to welcoming FINCA Bank\u2019s customers and qualified employees to <a href=\"https:\/\/credobank.ge\/en\/\">Credo Bank<\/a>. Like FINCA Bank Georgia, Credo Bank is a financial institution with international, socially responsible shareholders and a focus on delivering impactful financial services.
