Irakli Gilauri, Chair of the Supervisory Board of Georgia Capital hopes that the shares of Georgian Global Utilities (GGU) will be placed on London Stock Exchange within 3-4 years.
According to him, the group is planning primary offering of energy and water supply business shares together.
“From the former group, 3 companies are included in London Stock Exchange listing. I think that within the nest 3-4 years GGU (Georgian Global Utilities) will also be listed. We have to attract funds to make more investments and build more HPPs and develop the wind farm direction,” – states Gilauri.
Georgian Global Utilities is a company, which is part of Georgia Capital, oriented towards energy direction.
