Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have purchased land in South Florida’s Indian Creek Village for more than $30 million, according to the New York Post.
The private island community near Miami Beach has its own police force and is known as an enclave for billionaires. The couple is believed to have purchased a 1.84-acre lot with 200 feet of waterfront that was owned by Julio Iglesias and listed for sale at $31.8 million, according to the Post.
Indian Creek is in an exclusive South Florida Zip code – 33154 – that recently catapulted into the top 100 of richest places in America, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
Current and former residents also include Carl Icahn, Don Shula and Eddie Lampert, the Post said.
