Georgian Energy Development Fund and JSC Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation announce an open auction for the sale of 100% of Kartli Wind Farm shares.
Kartli Wind Farm is Georgia`s first wind farm project, with a projected annual energy production of 84.1 million kWh. The power plant was commissioned on December 20, 2016.
Located on 11 hectares’ land with the installed capacity of 20.7 MW, the Kartli Wind Farm includes six 3.45 MW power turbines, platforms, foundations, underground power line, underground optical cable, office building, and other properties.
Participants must submit relevant documentation by October 31.
Interested parties will need a bank guarantee of GEL 1.5 million. The auction will be held on November 15.
The initial value of a share is equivalent to GEL 14,250,000.
The winner of the auction will be determined based on the higher price offered as a result of oral bidding.
