“Non-residents will be able to register their companies in Georgia online”, – Prime-Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili talked about this initiative at the government meeting. According to Kvirikashvili, this initiative will allow foreign investors register their companies in Georgia online and open accounts in the Georgian banking system.
“They will also be able to manage their companies in Georgia in online mode, without being here physically. Of course, this is a complex issue, which is important with regard to coordination with international financial institutions and International Monetary Fund. I am sure that this initiative will be an important new income source for Georgia and will allow us to better position our country as an international financial center not only in the region, but also beyond it”, – stated Kvirikashvili.
