ლაფერის მრუდი (ინგლისურად The Laffer Curve) არის მათემატიკური ფუნქცია, რომელიც გრაფიკულად გამოხატავს კავშირს ქვეყანაში არსებულ საგადასახადო განაკვეთებსა და ქვეყნის ბიუჯეტის საგადასახადო შემოსავლებს შორის. ლაფერის მრუდი სახელს ცნობილი ამერიკელი ეკონომისტის არტურ ლაფერის გამო ატარებს, რადგან მან შეიმუშავა აღნიშნული მრუდი.
ლაფერის მრუდზე გადასახადის განაკვეთი 0%-დან 100%-მდეა ნაჩვენები. თავდაპირველად გადასახადის ზრდა ბიუჯეტის შემოსავლებს ზრდის, მაგრამ გადასახადის გარკვეულ განაკვეთზე შემოსავალი მაქსიმუმს აღწევს და ამის შემდეგ გადასახადები თუ ისევ გაიზრდება, ბიუჯეტის შემოსვლები შემცირდება. ლაფერის მრუდის მთავარი იდეა არის ის, რომ გადასახადები გარკვეული დონის შემდეგ იმდენად აფერხებს ქვეყნის ეკონომიკურ განვითარებას, მთავრობის შემოსავალიც კი მცირდება. საბიუჯეტო შემოსვლებისთვის ყველაზე ოპტიმალური საგადასახადო განაკვეთის მუდმივი დონე არ არსებობს, ის დამოკიდებულია ქვეყანაში არსებულ ეკონომიკურ გარემოებებზე.
