საქართველოს ბანკი სამშენებლო და დეველოპერული მიმართულებით ბიზნესის მხარდაჭერას განაგრძობს. ბანკთან პარტნიორობით, „ბალავარი ჯგუფი“ მორიგ პროექტს ლისზე, ნუცუბიძის IV მ/რ “მხატვარი-2” -ის მიმდებარედ ახორციელებს. ჯგუფის აღნიშნული და მიმდინარე პროექტების ხელშეწყობის მიზნით, ბანკის მხრიდან 17 მლნ. აშშ დოლარის მოცულობის ინვესტიცია გამოიყო. „ბალავარი ლისის“ დასრულება 2023 წელს იგეგმება.
12 სართულიანი კორპუსი სტუდიო ტიპისა და 1, 2 და 3 ოთახიან ბინებს გააერთიანებს. ტერიტორიაზე ასევე განთავსდება მწვანე ზონები, საბავშვო და სპორტული მოედნები, მიწისქვეშა პარკინგი და სხვ.

„საქართველოს ბანკისა და „ბალავარი ჯგუფის“ პარტნიორობა 5 წელს ითვლის. ჯგუფი უძრავი ქონების დეველოპმენტისა და სამშენებლო მიმართულებით ადგილობრივი ბაზრის ერთ-ერთი ლიდერია. ამაზე მეტყველებს წარმატებით დასრულებული 15-ზე მეტი პროექტიც, რომლის ღირებულებაც 45-50 მლნ. აშშ დოლარს უტოლდება. გვინდა წარმატება ვუსურვოთ გუნდს აღნიშნული და სხვა მიმდინარე პროექტების განხორციელებაში. მოხარული ვართ, რომ გვაქვს შესაძლებლობა, მხარი დავუჭიროთ წლების მანძილზე კომპანიის განვითარებას“, – განაცხადა საქართველოს ბანკის კორპორაციული საბანკო მომსახურების ხელმძღვანელის მოადგილემ, ვალერი ნარსიამ.
