ავტორიტეტულმა საერთაშორისო გამოცემა Global Finance-მა თიბისი 2023 წელს საქართველოში საუკეთესო ბანკად დაასახელა. გამარჯვებული ბანკების გამოსავლენად, Global Finance-მა სხვადასხვა კრიტერიუმით იხელმძღვანელა. მათ შორისაა, მიმდინარე წელს ბანკების აქტივების ზრდა, მომგებიანობა, გეოგრაფიული მიღწევები, სტრატეგიული ურთიერთობები, ახალი ბიზნესის განვითარება და ინოვაციური პროდუქტები. ასევე, გაითვალისწინეს შემდეგი სუბიექტური კრიტერიუმებიც: კაპიტალის და საკრედიტო რეიტინგის ანალიტიკოსების, საბანკო საქმის ექსპერტებისა და ინდუსტრიაში ჩართული სხვა პირების მოსაზრებები.
„ეს აღიარება ჩვენთვის განსაკუთრებით საამაყოა, Global Finance-მა საუკეთესო ბანკად დაგვასახელა საქართველოში და რაც აუცილებლად ხაზგასასმელია, ერთ-ერთი მთავარი კრიტერიუმი მომხმარებელზე და მის საჭიროებებზე ზრუნვა იყო. ჩვენი გუნდი ძალისხმევას არ იშურებს იმისათვის, რომ ადამიანებს ცხოვრება გაუმარტივოს, ეს აღიარება კი ამის ნათელი დადასტურებაა. თიბისისთან ერთად Global Finance-ის დაჯილდოებაში მსოფლიოს წამყვანი ბანკები მონაწილეობენ, ვფიქრობ, მათ გვერდით ამ გამარჯვების მოპოვება ჩვენი გუნდისთვის განსაკუთრებით საამაყოა,” – ვახტანგ ბუცხრიკიძე, თიბისის გენერალური დირექტორი.
წლევანდელი დაჯილდოების გამარჯვებულები ის ბანკები გახდნენ, რომლებიც ყურადღებით აკვირდებიან თავიანთი კლიენტების საჭიროებებს და რომლებმაც ძლიერი შედეგების მიღწევით საფუძველი ჩაუყარეს მომავალ წარმატებას. ისინი გონივრულად მართავდნენ თავიანთ აქტივებსა და ვალდებულებებს სწრაფად ცვალებად ფინანსურ გარემოში, – ნათქვამია Global Finance-ის ოფიციალურ განცხადებაში.

წლების განმავლობაში თიბისი არაერთხელ გახდა წლის საუკეთესო ბანკი, გარდა ამისა, Global Finance-ი ბანკებს აფასებს და აჯილდოებს სხვადასხვა კატეგორიის მიხედვით. 2019 წელს თიბისის მობაილ ბანკი საუკეთესოდ აღიარეს მსოფლიოში.
