Non-executive directors Stefano Marsaglia and Stephan Wilcke are leaving TBC Bank’s Supervisory Board. This change is a part of changes planned for the Supervisory Board of the bank. The two non-executive directors will leave the Board within one year, after the names of their successors are known.
“I would like to extend our gratitude to Stefano Marsaglia and Stephan Wilcke for the important contribution they made to development of TBC Bank”, – states Mamuka Khazaradze, Chair of the Board of TBC Bank.
Presently, members of the Supervisory Board are Mamuka Khazaradze, badro Japaridze, Eric Rajendra, Stephan Wilcke, Nikoloz Enukidze, Nicholas Dominic Haag, Stefano Marsaglia, Vakhtang Butskhrikidze, Giorgi Shagidze.
